The Veterans Benefits Practice Group is composed of seven attorneys and three paralegals dedicated to representing veterans and their families in their struggle to obtain VA benefits. Our attorneys' collective legal experience exceeds 80 years and our record of success is demonstrated by the over one thousand veterans and their families we have helped to fight for the pension, compensation, education and other VA benefits to which they are entitled.
Our team includes two attorneys who served as judicial clerks for Judges at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and our lead attorney started his career drafting decisions for the Veterans Law Judges at the Board of Veterans Appeals and then representing VA in the General Counsel's office. All of our attorneys are admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and are accredited to practice before VA.
Our practice represents veterans in the United States and all over the world in their cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and at all levels of the Department of Veterans Affairs, to include the Board of Veterans Appeals and VA regional offices. The attorneys in our group believe that veterans and their families deserve competent, vigorous representation and therefore the cases handled at all levels of the process are strictly managed by attorneys and not by non-attorney practitioners as may be done by other firms or Veterans Service organizations.
